The Rail-Master is the ultimate jig for coping (tenoning) the ends of door rails for 5 piece door system. 800 pounds of clamping force. Full air floation 1" thick annodized base. Adjustale miter bar locations for best fit on most shapers. Can be used without miter bar with by using straight template on shaper fence. Left and right blow out board locations. Single thumb lever activates flotation and clamping cylinders. Variable floatation regulation. Constructed of annodized aircraft grade aluminum for a heavy duty assembly for years of service.
